INTERIOR DESIGNER - FURNITURE DESIGN
Marta Méndez She is the co-founder of DCal'a Studio, an interior designer and space designer based in Málaga. Her work focuses on how interiors are experienced: the relationship between people, materials, functionality, and everyday well-being. Through a vision linked to sustainability and Mediterranean tradition, she develops personalized, human-centered, and technically sound spaces. She conceives of design as a tool to improve quality of life and create environments with identity, sensitivity, and intention.
ALBERTO SÁNCHEZ
ARCHITECT - MASTER IN PRODUCT DESIGN
Alberto Sánchez Marti is co-founder of DCal'a Studio, an architect and product designer based in Málaga. His work stems from a holistic vision of the project, connecting architecture, interior design, and product design with the surrounding environment. Through a lens that considers climate, sustainability, materials, and Mediterranean tradition, he develops clear, functional, and technically sound solutions. He conceives each project as a balanced response between human needs, the identity of the space, and its technical requirements.

¿Qué tipos de proyectos de villas realizamos?
Realizamos proyectos de arquitectura e interiorismo para villas de obra nueva, rehabilitación de villas existentes y proyectos llave en mano en Málaga y la Costa del Sol. En villas, creamos ambientes que transmiten calma, bienestar y personalidad mediterránea. También desarrollamos proyectos para apartamentos de lujo, locales comerciales e inversiones inmobiliarias orientadas a compradores premium.
¿Qué diferencia hay entre contratar solo el proyecto y contratar el servicio llave en mano?
Con solo el proyecto te entregamos los planos, el proyecto ejecutivo y el visado colegial para que tú contrates la obra por tu cuenta. Con el llave en mano nos encargamos también de seleccionar la constructora, supervisar la ejecución y coordinar todos los industriales. Para clientes que no residen en Málaga de forma permanente, el llave en mano suele ser la opción más tranquila.
¿Se puede construir una villa en suelo rústico en Málaga?
Depende del municipio y de la clasificación urbanística exacta del terreno. Hay suelo rústico con posibilidad de edificación bajo condiciones específicas, y suelo no urbanizable donde no es posible. Antes de comprar cualquier parcela, te recomendamos que lo revisemos: evita errores costosos y te permite negociar mejor el precio si el suelo tiene limitaciones.
