Architecture for villas with a Mediterranean identity
In Dcala Studio each villa in Malaga The design process we follow begins with the same question: how will the person who will inhabit this space actually live? The answer defines everything else: the layout, the light, the materials, the relationship with the garden and the surrounding Mediterranean landscape.
At DCala Studio, we don't start with trends. We start with people. That's why our projects have their own identity and age well: because they are built on meaningful decisions, not on fashionable references.
If you're looking for a villa that's also a sound investment, we know how to make both happen. We design with a market-driven approach without sacrificing the project's character—and the result is properties that truly stand out on the Costa del Sol.

What our customers say
“I highlight the personalized service, the excellent workmanship, and the adaptation to our tastes and needs as a family of four. From an old, non-functional kitchen, we've moved to a space where we enjoy cooking and eating together, with family or friends. They were excellent in terms of planning to maximize the space and natural light, and they helped us choose everything from furniture, lighting, flooring, and more. We will definitely return for future renovations, which we already have in mind.”

I'm super happy and satisfied with DCala's work. The best part is their good taste in ideas and advice, and finally, the clarity with which they explain everything. The facade of my pharmacy is a true symbol of mine, both the logo and the tasteful materials. Since they finished it, it's become more visible to everyone. Thank you team!

Frequently Asked Questions about our services as villa architects
What services does DCala Studio offer as a villa architect in Malaga?
At DCala Studio, we offer comprehensive architecture and interior design services for villas in Málaga and the Costa del Sol. We design functional, aesthetically pleasing, and healthy villas, carefully considering natural light, layout, non-toxic materials, and the connection to each client's Mediterranean lifestyle. Our approach combines signature design, well-being, and strategic planning to create projects with a unique identity and lasting value.
What types of villa projects do we undertake?
We undertake architectural and interior design projects for new-build villas, renovations of existing villas, and turnkey projects in Málaga and the Costa del Sol. For villas, we create environments that convey tranquility, well-being, and Mediterranean character. We also develop projects for luxury apartments, commercial premises, and real estate investments geared towards premium buyers.
What is the difference between hiring just the project and hiring the turnkey service?
With just the project proposal, we provide you with the plans, the detailed design, and the required professional approval so you can arrange the construction yourself. With our turnkey service, we also take care of selecting the construction company, overseeing the execution, and coordinating all the tradespeople. For clients who don't live permanently in Malaga, the turnkey option is usually the most convenient.
Is it possible to build a villa on rural land in Malaga?
It depends on the municipality and the exact zoning classification of the land. There is rural land where construction is permitted under specific conditions, and non-developable land where it is not allowed. Before buying any plot, we recommend that we review it: this avoids costly mistakes and allows you to negotiate a better price if the land has restrictions.
