Integration of the entire home into a single concept.

A single element covers the entire right side of the home, providing a physical and visual connection. This facility is also zoned into four sections, serving the different spaces connected frontally: kitchen, hallway, dining room, and living room. This project achieves spaciousness and simplicity, providing functional support to these spaces in the form of a pantry, foyer, cupboard, and TV stand. Noble materials provide aesthetic balance.

Main challenges of the project

Unifying spaces, functions, and needs under a single language.

The main challenge was to integrate the different spaces of the house within a single design language, while maintaining the functionality of each room. In addition, it was necessary to incorporate storage and furnishings without losing the feeling of spaciousness or creating an overwhelming presence in the space.

Architectural solutions

A single piece capable of performing different functions.

The design is resolved by means of a large, longitudinal piece of furniture that runs the length of the house, connecting the kitchen, hall, dining room, and living room. Although it appears as a single unit, its interior is adapted to each area with specific storage, support, and equipment solutions.

Materials and featured elements

Warm materiality, visual continuity and attention to detail.

The combination of wood, neutral finishes, and continuous surfaces brings warmth, balance, and coherence to the overall design. Integrated details, clean lines, and the absence of superfluous elements reinforce a simple, elegant, and timeless aesthetic.
